Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of $100 or more before taxes.
- Standard Shipping: $8.50 flat rate.
- Expedited Shipping: $12.50 flat rate.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Standard and expedited delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Store Pickup
We offer free store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions. Orders must be picked up during store business hours.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Royal Glam Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
