All Sales Are Final

Please note the following:
-We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

-We are unable to offer refunds for reasons including (but not limited to): change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with product results.

-Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Our products include detailed ingredient lists for your safety. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please review all ingredients carefully before purchasing.

1. Order Processing Time

1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and payment is received.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to customers within United States of America.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Regular Shipping: 3–7 business days = $4.99 (Free on orders $50+)

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days= $9.99

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50 (before tax and discounts). International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Cancellation Policy

At Royal Glam Beauty, we work quickly to process and ship your cosmetic products. Because of this, order cancellations are limited and must meet the criteria below.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at [info@royalglambeauty.com] or contacting us through our support form.

After this 1-hour window, orders cannot be canceled, as they may already be in processing or shipped.

Pre-Order & Backorder Cancellations

If you’ve placed a pre-order or ordered an item on backorder, you may cancel at any time before the item ships by contacting us. Once shipped, it will follow our standard All Sales Final return policy.

Custom or Promotional Orders

Orders that include limited edition, customized, or promotional items (e.g., sale items, gift sets, bundles) cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation (within the allowed window), please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
